Can I get a refund if the price has changed?

Delayed order confirmation emails
Confirmation emails are typically received shortly after an order is placed. If you do not receive your confirmation email right away, however, don’t fret! Your confirmation email may experience a delay if your order was placed during a period of high order volume, such as an exciting new launch or promotion.

How can I unsubscribe from your emails/newsletters?
You can unsubscribe from our emails by scrolling down into a previous email we've sent you and select unsubscribe. This will remove you from our emailing list!

I'm having trouble signing into my account.
If you received a message that says “Invalid login credentials”, this means your email address/password wasn’t recognized by our system. No worries! We can totally fix this!
-Double double check to see if you’re using the same email address and password you registered with.
-If you can’t remember your password, click on the “forgotten password” link. It will ask for your email address and we’ll send you an email with a link that will let you create a new password.
-If you’re still experiencing issues, contact our team HERE Please provide screenshots of the error message you’re receiving.
Can I change the shipping address for my order?
We will be happy to change the shipping address for you order! Please email our Customer Care team by clicking HERE with your order number and the updated address ASAP, as we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not yet entered the packing process.
Can I modify my order after I’ve placed it?
No, unfortunately we cannot modify orders once they have been placed. All sales are final. So sorry for any inconvenience!
I received the wrong item.
If you receive an incorrect order, we are so sorry for the mix up! Please contact our Customer Care team by clicking HERE within 30 days of delivery whit your order number and pictures of the following:
*the stamped initial/number on the outside of your envelope or box,
*the order packing slip with the order number visible,
*a picture of the incorrect product, with a picture of the label of the product so we can see in intact.
*and a list of the Batz that are missing.

Please make sure to include a photo of the items you did receive and a picture of your packing slip with the stamped initial visible. We will get back to you asap!
**Discontinued items will be issued store credit for the amount paid. Or we will send you the misset items.
When will my order ship?
Our products usually – key word usually – ship within 3-7 BUSINESS days (business days do NOT include weekends or holidays)! However, if we have some crazy promotion or a new launch, orders may take a bit longer to process, so be patient my friend!! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently only ship to the following countries: Norway
we will start shipping to the following Scandinavian countries by mid- or end of 2025: Sweden, Denmark.
Do you combine orders?
Orders are subject to being automatically combined by our system if placed on the same day and shipping to the same address.
Please note that orders cannot be combined manually by our team, and shipping fees for orders that may be combined by our system are non-refundable.
Will my package be subject to delivery/customs fees?
All international orders are subject to customs and excise fees as defined by the importing country. Unfortunately, we cannot provide information on whether you may be charged with customs duties/fees. Taxes will be determined by the country of import for your order based on product value.
For orders to Norway
We're happy to share that taxes and fees are now included at checkout on all orders shipped to your country! This means you save on agent fees and your package can be delivered to your door! Any fees and charges applicable to your booking will be listed during the checkout process.
Delivery and return delays
We do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, but once your order has been transferred to Bring, it may experience delays during its journey to you. The same applies to orders determined to be undeliverable by bringing and returning to our headquarters.
Please note that Batzgroup AS is not responsible for any freight deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from Bring to the local carrier in your country or strikes or delays in air and ground transport. Our team can only see the same information as you can via your order's tracking number.

For domestic orders, shipping can take up to 7 working days.
For international orders, shipping can take up to 21 working days.
If your order is traveling beyond these time frames, please email our Customer Care team by clicking HEREwith your order number and tracking information so that we may assist you further!
For returned orders:
please note that we will issue a refund for your order once it has been received at our head office and confirmed as undeliverable. We cannot process a refund for a returned order until we physically receive the package. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause!
What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered?
We’re so excited for you to receive your order! If your order is shipping to a domestic address, shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. If shipping internationally, shipping may take 10-21 business days. Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays! We recommend reaching out to Bring and/or your local post office for more information on the status of your order.

Returns
Can I return my gift for another item? Unfortunately, we have no returns after 30 days or if the tag has been removed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause!
How long is my return time?
We have a 30-day return/exchange period.
PS: brand tag must be on the clothes for returns/exchanges.

What does it cost to return my package?
Returns cost NOK 49 and will be deducted from your refund.
Refund
Refunds are made as soon as your return has been approved and the system has processed the return.
The refund will be made to the card you used during the purchase. If you chose Klarna Invoice as payment method, you will be contacted by Klarna for repayment/updating the invoice. If you have questions about your invoice, we recommend that you contact our invoice supplier Klarna. You can also log in via Klarna's "my pages".
A valid return requires that the item(s) being returned must be unused, undamaged, all labels must be on the Cloth and the original packaging must be included.
Batzwear AS claims the right to reject all or part of the return if the above requirements have been breached.
Complaint
Unfortunately, fault sometimes happen whit the products in production. In those cases, it is important that you contact us.
You can easily do this by sending the garment back to us, but first contact customer service who will help you. In some cases, we will be able to resolve the complaint by sending in a photo of the fault/defect. Remember to add the order number when you contact Customer Care team.
