Terms of membership

• BatzWear Community is the benefit program in Batzwear. BatzWear is part of Batzgroup AS, and it is Batzgroup AS, Strømsveien 106, 2010 Strømmen. who is responsible for the benefit program.
•  It is free to sign up and be a member of the benefits program.
•  As a member, you enter into an agreement with Batzgroup AS, and you are obliged to familiarize yourself with and comply with these terms.
• As a member, you will be assigned your unique BatzID, which can be used to log in to all Batzgroup’s online stores. Through your BatzID, you get access to your very own membership page, where you have a full overview of your memberships and can manage your settings.
• When registering, you must confirm your membership in the link you receive by email. If you do not do this, your temporary profile, including any accumulated points/bonus checks, will be deleted after 30 days.
•  Membership is linked to your email address with which you registered, which serves as identification in addition to your BatzID.
•  You are responsible for keeping Batzgroup updated about changes to your contact information, such as name, address, mobile phone number and email address.

• This is a personal benefits program where you can earn points that you can redeem in bonus checks, and receive benefits and offers tailored to you as a member.
• In order to fulfill the benefit agreement and to calculate your bonus earnings, BatzGroup will process information about you, provide you with customized content, tips, invitations to events, competitions, good offers and the like in its own and other digital channels, membership campaigns and information about the benefit program . You can read more about the grounds for processing, your privacy and how your personal data is processed here. Even if you were to unsubscribe from certain services, we still need to be able to communicate the necessary information in connection with your membership and any changes to membership conditions to you, and for this purpose we need your contact information.
•  SMS can only be sent to Norwegian mobile subscribers.
•  To become a member, you must be over 16 years of age and have an address in Europe.
• You can cancel your membership at any time. This can be done on My Pages on Batzwear.com, by email or by contacting customer service at customerservice@batzwear.com.
• The membership has no commitment period. Upon cancellation, you have 30 days to use up your bonus checks and discount coupons. After 30 days, all your personal data, bonus checks/points and discount coupons will be deleted. BatzGroup AS reserves the right to deviate from this point in the event of attempted fraud.
• The membership/agreement is valid until it is terminated by one of the parties. If you have not shopped in the last 24 months, we can terminate your membership.
• BatzGroup AS reserves the right to make changes to the terms of the benefit program or to end the benefit program and such will be notified to members no later than 14 days before entry into force.

• The member offers apply to the regular price, and cannot be combined unless otherwise informed.
• Validity of membership offers may vary.
• The member offers can be used once (1) unless otherwise communicated by BatzWear or Batzgroup AS.

• All purchases in the online store give a bonus, with the exception of the purchase of gift cards.
• For bonus registration, you must go to the online store and you must be logged in with your BatzID.
•  Bonus points cannot be registered afterwards.
• Each Norwegian krone gives one (1) bonus point.
• You can collect bonus points as long as you are a member.
• 1,000 saved bonus points automatically generate a bonus check of NOK 50. You can use your bonus check in all our online stores in Europe.

• If you shop in our online store, your bonus check(s) will be available to you in the checkout. Bonus checks must be used in full and any remaining amount is forfeited if purchased for less than the original value of the bonus cheque.
• The bonus checks may have different validity periods. The validity of the bonus check will be shown on the bonus overview on my pages
•  Bonus points or bonus checks cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred as money to your bank account.
• Bonus and purchase information is continuously updated.
• Upon return, you will be deducted the bonus points you earned when purchasing the item.
• BatzGroup AS reserves the right to correct or remove bonus points and bonus checks that have been registered due to errors on BatzGroup’s part or in the event of a breach of the membership agreement. This right is retained even if the bonus points have been used before the error or breach was discovered.

Should a situation arise that makes it impossible for us to fulfill our obligations in connection with the withdrawal of a bonus or the purchase of products/services, and which according to normal purchase law rules is considered Force Majeure, the affected party’s obligations cease as long as the extraordinary situation persists .
